Diary 13th January 2023

It’s been a little more than a week since the last diary, I’ve got another no show student so I thought I’d write a little.

We’ve been working on the inside of the house and trying to make plans for the outside, it’s always so tricky as the house is built on solid rock and out of solid granite. The outside is sloping so we have to make some terraces or little retaining walls to stop all the soil from being carried downwards when it rains. We’ve finally come up with an initial plan so we need to go and get materials, finding time to do that is in itself a challenge.
