If you would like to help us….

If you’ve been reading our blog so far then you already know that rescuing animals never figured into our plan when we took on this farm, however our plans changed and I’ll be writing about how in the next blog instalment. We now have 9 months left on the rent to buy deal and we have 39,000 euros to pay out of the original 55,000 purchase price by June 2022. We have 10,000 euros saved so far and 29,000 to go, hence why I am working over 70 hours a week to save every penny we can to finish paying for the farm and secure the future of the animal rescue project and our home.

We are hopefully on target to achieve it but we also have so many monthly unexpected expenses, special dog food, medication, vet fees, materials for animal housing and fencing. The list is sometimes never ending, we have been self funded for the last two years and saving all we can at the same time. This is why I also started writing our blog on Medium with the hope of generating some extra money. If you are enjoying reading our story then please share our page with your friends, the more followers and readers we can achieve then the more money Medium will pay us.

Also…….

Many people have expressed an interest in helping us so if you would like to support our project then you can make a one time donation (you can change the amount if 5 euros is too much) or even support us monthly using Ko-fi. All help is gratefully recieved…Thank you :-) Please click the Ko-fi image below to be taken to our page. If you prefer to use paypal then you can send a donation to chris1212preedy@gmail.com

We are from Wales but moved to Portugal to live a simple life. We rescue animals and live off the grid on a farm. This is our crazy but wonderful life.
